Returns

A rare issue although it needs to be addressed. If product was received as ordered and you wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This is to cover handling costs

We will not accept musical instruments or equipment back from any customer if not reported within 48hrs from receipt or if it is not in resalable condition. All original packaging must be included with the return.

We will not be responsible for any freight costs.

• All returns must have an RA number or there will be a possibility of refusal at our facility. In which case you may have to reship it to us. To get an RA number contact sales@oneononeguitars.com
• All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase price.
• We do not accept returns on musical instruments that have been modified in any way, even if we did the modification for you.
  
  
  Damage
  Any damage claims must be reported to us via email with in 48 hours of receiving the product.
